These upright citizens entered a Fort Worth Jack in the Box. Hunter posted about a similar group entering a Chipotle.
Who gets sued when one of these humps slams his AR up against a napkin holder and kills a kid at the next table?
Estimado Senor Chipotle:
Tenga cuidado! If a member of a family gets hurt because you requested and did not demand that no one carry open or concealed in your restaurants, then you need to expect that family and all those affected to sue you and yours down to your last jalapeno. Chipotle's good barbacoa will just be a memory, I fear (Should such a horror occur and you be sued, please put a more detailed barbacoa recipe on your website for a bit before you have to shut it down.).
If it turns out there is no liability for being such gutless swinery, then I suspect people will just sit in the lobby of your headquarters cleaning their AKs as your executives walk-by and risk a Gunfail like you are asking your customers to risk (yes, that is harsh, but these assholes are toying with other people's lives. They only deserve to dealt a piece of the same. The hump whose weapon hurts another customer will have done it out of arrogance and stupidity. Company executives will have allowed it out of their greed).
[Okay, reviewing this, I recognize it is way far over the top. My apologies. I do not wish firearm accidents on anyone. But, my grandchildren eat at Chipotle. The thought of a corporation exposing them to the risks inherent in having the sort of guys in that photo being allowed to stand in line or sit down beside them scares me near to death. I get horrible images of them or someone less bleeding out on the floor, while some jerk-off picks up his AR and secures it. He will be horrified; he may be in tears. It won't matter to the victim(s). He didn't have the good sense to recognize what he was risking when he carried an assault style weapon designed specifically to kill people into that restaurant. He would be an idiot. The corporate leaders of that establishment allowed that accident to occur because it was a good "business decision." They would not be stupid or angry. They would be greedy pigs of the worst sort. Seeing those images in my head made me a bit rabid. That is an explanation, but as they say, "No excuse," ---- my words, my bad, and my apologies. Of course, we know that a Gunfail in a restaurant is very, very unlikely thing. Why do we know that? Because, of course, Ted "Cat Scratch Fever." told us so--
"There are hundreds of millions of gun owners in this country, and not one of them will have an accident today...." Ted Nugent quoted on Buckeyefirearms.org/celebrity-gun-quotes
Ted is always good for a quote, but you might call David Waldman, NOW, PLEASE. He has some real information for you. Best to be sitting down for that chat.
