More under the orange curly hairpiece.
In lead up to our last meet-up I wrote the following:
I have a vision of our group becoming the hub of a wheel with spokes emanating from that hub. A place where people can share their reasons for being part of Daily KOS. A place where people can inform others of their activist efforts so like-minded individuals can connect. A place where we can invite others to join our community. A place to make new members feel welcome and connected. And in the not too distant future I'd also like to see our meet ups becoming a guest speaker forum giving us the opportunity to hear from our local leaders and us a chance to share our ideas with them.
So please come and share your reasons for being part of KOS. Connect with like-minded individuals. Invite your friends to join us. And bring your ideas for action and guest speakers.
Last time we filled the room we were in to capacity. We've got a bigger one this time. Let's fill it up again! I'd love to have a large group picture to use going forward displaying our growing numbers to entice guest speakers to address our group.
With your help we will turn dreams into plans and plans into realities. Yes we can!
P.S. Please be sure to RSVP and advise of any changes. I need to have as accurate number as possible prior to our meet up to relay to the Pyramid Ale House staff. It's important. Thanks in advance.
See ya there!
