Living inside of the vacuum of anger will not provide anyone with solutions to their problems, or voice to those in a position to help, the concerns which they are feeling.
My grandparents voted, they were proud to do so. My parents vote, because they also feel a sense of pride in doing so. I vote. Because I served, I feel strongly about the privilege (It is not a right, as some of you believe it to be) and I have no intention of disrespecting those who gave their lives in protecting the idealism which spawned the freedom to do so.
Political activism is the only true power wielded by the masses in any system of government. But now, we see massive money buying enough airtime to sway voters; often even dissuading them from ever voting at all. We see liars who are convicted of felonies, reclaiming their elected positions because most people are too lazy to be informed as to whom might be better to cast their votes for in the first place.
Any person in the United States who is legally allowed to do so, (Allowed dispels the concept of a right) should register, pay attention to voting records, and climates of their districts, based upon what their elected officials are doing; and then, GO OUT, and VOTE!
