They do, according to a Zogby Analytics, 42 percent to 30 percent.

That's the good news. The not so good news: This poll seems like quite an outlier, considering that the Real Clear Politics' polling average currently shows Republicans beating Democrats by an average of 3 percent (Pew has Republicans leading by three and FOX has them ahead by seven).
The Zogby analysis goes on to say that "district by district" Republicans are favored to hold control of the House of Representatives, but, "at least for now, there is no sign of a wave in their favor."
As a point of comparison, Republicans led on the generic ballot question by anywhere between five and 10 points at this point in time during the 2010 election cycle, compared to an average of 3 percent now.
