Though many Republican pundits got the 2012 results wrong, it's possible that the winner of the "Most Wrong" award was Michael Barone. His prediction that Romney would win 315 electoral votes may have been one of the biggest reasons that Republicans were flabbergasted and disbelieving when the opposite results started to roll in. We all remember (and relish) Karl Rove's meltdown when Ohio went for Obama.
Well, Michael Barone is at it again. He is now predicting a Republican wave and, though the polling news has been up and down for the Dems, there is no doubt that when a serial failure like Barone starts opining about a growing Red Wave, we can all take comfort in his track record.
