Here is the Plan for how to create more Jobs in Wisconsin, that is part of Mary Burke's platform: Invest for Success.
Here is the critique from BuzzFeed, designed to distract Wisconsin citizens from actually reading Burke's Plan:
[...]
Burke’s economic plan “Invest for Success” copies nearly-verbatim sections from the jobs plans of Ward Cammack, who ran for Tennessee governor in 2009 before withdrawing from the race, a 2008 plan from Delaware Gov. Jack Markell, now-Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe’s plan from his failed-2009 bid, and John Gregg who ran for governor of Indiana in 2012 and lost to Mike Pence.
Another section takes the same language as a White House press release.
Furthermore, a small section of language is copied from a Harvard report.

It would seem that Mary Burke never claimed her plan was an 'independent work' of innovation -- but rather a consolidation of many ideas and data sources, that she finds persuasive, and hopefully effective for the Citizens of Wisconsin.
Despite the transparent attack on Mary Burke's character, she has nonetheless maintained "parity" with Scott Walker in the latest Wisconsin's Governors race poll:
Dem pollster: Scott Walker-Mary Burke campaigns shouldn't ignore independents
by Jessie Opoien -- The Capital Times; madison.com -- Oct 16, 2014
After enjoying a short-lived five-point lead, Republican Gov. Scott Walker is locked once again in a tied race with Democratic challenger Mary Burke in the Wisconsin governor's race.
Among likely voters, 47 percent of voters support each candidate, according to a Marquette University Law School poll released Wednesday. Four percent of likely voters said they're undecided or don't know how they'll cast their ballot, and fewer than 1 percent plan to vote for someone else.
[...]
Burke made significant gains with independent voters, flipping a 53-40 percent Walker lead among independents two weeks ago to a 45-44 percent Burke lead in the latest poll.
Independents also showed sharp increases in their enthusiasm and likelihood to vote. In the latest poll, 80 percent of independents said they are certain to vote, compared to 67 percent at the end of September.
[...]
Perhaps, it matters more to WI Independents that Burke is
actually working to put Wisconsin back to work,
-- than it does, how meticulously complete her "footnotes" may or may not be?
Perhaps?
