We all have a few important tasks today. Vote. Make sure your friends and family vote. Hopefully convince them to vote the right way.
If you've already voted, did you vote early, or vote today? Did you have to wait, or did you waltz right in? Did you encounter problems with voter ID laws or other efforts at voter suppression?
What have you done to get a family member, friend, or absolute stranger to vote? It can be as simple as reminding someone it's Election Day.
If you haven't voted, tell us when you plan to do that. Make sure it's not the thing that slips through the cracks of your busy day. Be sure you and everyone around you knows your poll closing time.
Share your story in the comments here—but remember, everything here is anecdotal. In fact, most of what we hear on Election Day, unless it includes turnout numbers with solid comparisons to previous cycles, is anecdotal. And we don't live or die by anecdotes. We live or die by turnout.
