Just a little over a year after the disaster that was Healthcare.gov 1.0, the public understands and hugely supports the health insurance exchanges that have brought coverage to millions. That's was this month's Kaiser Foundation poll finds.
Seventy-eight percent of people approve of the insurance exchanges and 76 percent support the federal subsidies, and now the U.S. Supreme Court is thinking about taking all that away by striking down those subsidies in 36 states. Could even
