Michigan Governor, Rick Snyder, has just signed the Republican bill that will selectively test welfare recipients for drugs.

As you can see, it will be tested in 3 counties (as yet, undisclosed) and I'm betting it will be challenged in court almost immediately. Hasn't this been found to be a violation of human rights in other states that have tried it? Hasn't it also been found that welfare recipients show a lower incidence of drug use than the general population? Republicans seem to get on a kick like this and then try over and over and over again to make it stick.
