And No -- it wasn't Louie Gohmert ...
Louie Gohmert Gets a Whopping 3 Votes for Speaker

Current House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) sailed to an easy victory with 216 votes, while former Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) was second with 164 votes. Rep. Daniel Webster (R-FL) was the most popular protest vote against Boehner, outdoing Gohmert 4-1 with a total of 12 votes.
In the end, Gohmert only managed to get two more votes than former Secretary of State Colin Powell and current Senator Rand Paul (R-KY), who each received one.

Boehner is on a 'bender'?

"We didn’t get 72 hours to read it, it was 1,600 pages and spent $1.1 trillion," Jones said.
