"Let us not seek the Republican answer or the Democratic answer, but the right answer. Let us not seek to fix the blame for the past. Let us accept our own responsibility for the future."
John F. Kennedy
With over a year away till Americans cast their ballot for the office of the Presidency the races are far from being a tight one. On the Democratic side we are still waiting for our Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton which she said she will make her decision for another six month. With more on the Democratic side we only have Martin O'Malley of Maryland has thrown his hat into the ring but is struggling raising funds, name recognition. Most of the money is my opinion is waiting for Hillary to make her decision. Sure Bernie Sanders is taking the initiative and stealing the thunder from the left since Warren is bowing out of the race. The question is the does the American people want a fresh face in the race or more from the perennial cast of nominees that some of have been running for President since the 80’s. As a political junkie it will be very interesting to see who bows out after the lack of money raised, low voting in the first round of primary races. On the Democratic side it will come down to the Centrist well known candidate of Hillary Clinton and the Leftist Independent Bernie Sanders to go fist ta cuff on the Dems side and Jeb Bush and a handful of candidates that will fight to the end with their select few of millionaires that will prop up their campaigns till it becomes a joke. For the people that are on the fence of throwing support behind Hillary then pay attention or start talking to your friends about the others in the race. For instance I hosted an event on my campus to organize local activists to organize for Bernie Sanders. If Sanders is too left for you than maybe O'Malley is the one to turn out for. Even Jim Webb is starting an exploratory committee. All I am saying is Hillary isn't our only choice. We need to realize what is at stake because the last two elections we have been hammered by Republicans and I refuse to give them another victory cycle.
