Spending most of my life in the Rocky Mountains and the Sonoran Desert, the sandy beaches along the Pacific Ocean in Washington and Oregon have always seemed a bit exotic. Camping along these beaches has meant that I have been able to take long meditative walks along them. What follows are photographs of some of these beaches.
