Yes. today's news stories sort of generated a snark attack.
If you leave you gun lying around and one of your children picks it up and shoots another, it is regarded as a tragic accident.
Same with gun cleaning if you blow your loved ones head off whilst maintaining you fire arm, it's oh oosey, tragic.
Throw your kid to the cheetahs and everyone gets all upset and calls it endangerment, even if you do have second thoughts and go rescue it.
Personally I would take my chances with the cheetahs rather than be near a moran with a gun, I'm funny that way, probably un-American even. I seem to remember reading that there are fewer cheetah related mishaps than gun cleaning "accidents", could have been an old copy The National Cheetah Association, or some other commie rag.
I suppose the proper response to the Cheetah fiasco, if only the kid had had a gun then no endangerment would have occurred. heaven forbid that we regard every "accident" with a gun as endangerment, causing actual and grievous bodily harm and murder. We would have to build more prisons, oh wait...
That's better, let the snark out before you get upset.
