The South Wind Women's Center (Dr. George Tiller's clinic) was the scene of a disturbance reported short time ago. A nineteen year old man was detained after carrying a backpack with an improvised explosive and knives into the clinic.

Captain Doug Nolte, Wichita Police Department, told KSN that they received a call from the clinic that a man came to the clinic with some knives and an apparent improvised explosive device. The clinic staff were concerned and called 911.
“As it turns out, there is a small device that is suspicious in nature,” said Nolte. “We’re not taking any chances. We called our EOD [explosive ordinance disposal] unit out to take a look at the package, take it and work with it from that end. We’re taking everything very cautiously.”
Captain Nolte said they are still investigating whether the man had any intent to do anything to the clinic, saying they were still “very early on in the investigation”. He said they probably wouldn’t have more information until Tuesday.

The police are still investigating whether the man had any ill intent at the clinic (a bomb and knives, really?)
The right wing keeps clamouring about terrorism (ISIS, &c) overseas while studiously ignoring terrorism in the USA (Charleston, Wichita, &c).
I'm just speculating here, but I would suspect you need an actual appointment to get into that clinic (the scene of violence before).
