FAIR is "the national media watch group, that has been offering well-documented criticism of media bias and censorship since 1986."
They recently decided tally up the Media reporting on the two the Candidates with the 'surging' crowds, wherever they go ... to gauge how 'objective' that reporting on these citizen-enthusiasm stories, has been.
And No it's not your imagination, the Media has DECIDED that Donald Trump is the Sensation ... the Main Attraction ... the Ringmaster of their Barnum & Bailey Media Circus.
Here's that News Coverage analysis, compiled by the non-profit Media Watchdog FAIR:

We used the Nexis database to see how often various news outlets had mentioned Sanders and Trump since July 1. The biggest gap we found was in the medium that reaches the most voters: broadcast network TV. On average, ABC, CBS and NBC named Sanders in their news stories 17 percent as often as they named Trump -- roughly one story that included the senator for every six with the developer.
Leading newspapers -- the New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, LA Times and USA Today -- ran three times as many Trump stories as Sanders stories: Sanders was mentioned 34 percent as often as Trump in these papers. (The Journal's articles are available as abstracts, not full text, on Nexis.) The New York Times had the highest ratio of Sanders to Trump mentions, at 49 percent; the Journal had the lowest, with 22 percent.
All the cable news channels talked about Trump more often than Sanders -- even MSNBC, which often caters to a progressive audience. MSNBC did come closest to parity of any outlet we looked at, however, with 67 percent as many Sanders as Trump stories. Fox News also had relatively frequent references to Sanders, 53 percent as many as its Trump references. CNN was the most Trump-heavy of the cable networks, mentioning Sanders only 33 percent as often. Overall, cable news referred to Sanders an average of 51 percent as often as Trump.

This was the Corporate Media's lead story on Friday:
Behold Donald Trump's "Stadium-filling crowd" ... finally! well sort of:
And these were stories that the Corporate Media ignored, because ... well just because they decided to:
Those Bernie Sanders "over-flow crowds" ... time and time again:
If the Corporate Media were half as "liberal" as Right-wing talkers claim they are -- then wouldn't the "Liberal" Candidate be getting the lion's share of the News Coverage? While the "Corporate" Candidate would get barely a mention. In passing. Along the lines of: "Haah! that guy can't even fill his venues!"
"Liberal Media" my eye.
The Corporate Media no longer sees themselves as the 'impartial reporters' of the News.
No rather, they see their role as:
-- The Shapers of the News.
-- The Pickers of the News.
-- The Filterers of the News.
Here is a pretty good analysis of the role of "Media Gatekeepers" that News Organizations have taken for granted, you know one of the Madison Avenue perks of their News-producing positions:
Journalist Defends Bernie Sanders on CNN

Published on Jul 21, 2015
Katrina Huevel, a journalist for The Nation, went on CNN and defended Bernie Sanders and his policies. She also ripped the mainstream media for their unwarranted attacks on Bernie Sanders and implied that political pundits are not doing their jobs.
IOW, the Corporate Media DECIDES what's is News.
And what is 'Nuisance'.
And if it's not important them,
They try like hell to make sure it's not important to you too -- the Viewers.
However, in today's inter-connected world -- We don't have let them Decide -- what's important to you.
Because if we do, then we had better get ready for a corporate-catering Trump Administration -- as that does seems to be what the "Gatekeepers have already Decided" -- is the Main Attraction news-story that is worth their time, and yours.
THAT and Hillary Clinton's "Rumsfeldian email problems," of course.
"Liberal Media" my eye. One needs to only examine their Revenue streams, (daily and biennial), to decipher who their "true audience" really is.
