An anonymous Cubs fan went out of his way to annoy St. Louis Cardinals fans yesterday and it was
brilliant:
A Cubs fan — hundreds of miles from either St. Louis or Chicago — says he’s spent 50 dollars this afternoon trying to annoy Cardinals fans.
The Cubs fan tweeted that he was using an app to remotely play “Go Cubs Go” on the juke boxes of St. Louis bars, just as Cardinals fans started gathering for the game.
He was gleefully tweeting his epic troll, from an undisclosed office in Arizona, under the username

The Cubs ended up winning the game and will advance in the National League playoffs. Clue Heywood is promising the gag will keep rolling:
