The new transgender toilet laws in North Carolina and Georgia
I haven’t spent much time in a public woman’s bathroom since I was the groundskeeper and janitor for a large park and swimming pool during two summers when I was a freshman an sophomore in college. I had to swab out the women’s toilets, some 20 in a row of stalls with doors. I used a grungy grey mop and bucket of highly concentrated disinfectant. I assume that public women’s restrooms all still have stalls with doors. So what does it matter who uses them?
If any group, homophobes can make a case against men’s bathroom use by gay men. After all, it’s straight men, or those who think they’re straight, who stand at urinals with full sideways exposure for any leering or lurking gay men to see.
Maybe these Godly Republicans should pass a law requiring gays to use their own bathrooms. Perhaps they can be required to wear downward pointing pink triangles to identify themselves. UhOh, been there, done that.
When Donald does it he’s a stud, when Cruz does it it’s pervy
Why are the allegations about Ted Cruz’s affairs causing such a tempest? The answer is simple. Many, if not the majority, of Trump and Cruz supporters consider The National Enquirer as credible news source. It’s not like they are writing a story proving that Melania Trump (of the flawless complexion) is really a cyborg sex doll made with with cyberskin.
Come to think of it, that one I might believe.
The story about Cruz and his, count them, five affairs, wasn’t prominent on the cover, taking only the top quarter. It was featured above “Cheating Blake, Nine women he’s hiding from Gwen.” The Cruz headline says “It’s over for pervy Ted. Cruz's 5 secret mistresses. Their shocking claims.”
