With the upcoming release of the M. Bay Benghazi movie or Bayghazi it will start debate again over what happened that night. Not debate among those who know it was a tragedy but amongst those still looking to exploit the Americans who died that night. It’s pretty obvious how the films rollout will play out
1 - it will get huge coverage on Fox News and they will ask if it’s the film to sink Hillary Clinton (even after 12 congressional witch hunts couldn’t).
2 - after not being nominated for any major motion picture awards Fox and the right wing media will cry foul claiming that it was passed over by “liberal” Hollywood because it’s not pro Obama and Clinton
I have no intention of seeing the film, I’ve seen or read enough about Benghazi to know like Beirut it was a tragedy. They hypocrisy is so huge when it comes to the Benghazi crowd it borders on a mental illness, they are bound and determined that these brave men and women died because of President Obama and Hillary Clinton and are “outraged” that the people behind the attack weren’t caught fast enough. Ignore that Bin Laden took 10 years and a different president to kill and that Regan never even went after the Beirut attackers but just pulled out (the French did fight them for us).
Every republican talking point from a stand down order to Obama leaving them to die has been proven just that a talking point with no reality in fact. Then again when has reality ever been associated with the right wing bubble and the conservative media at Fox News and Rush Limbaugh (who is a walking hypocrite). Republicans have had hearing after hearing and found no evidence to pin anything on Obama or Clinton no matter how hard they try. They are now having another investigation that depending on their “finding” will either be released around election time or not at all depending on what they find of course. If their “findings” are damaging to Hillary they will release it before the election but if they can’t find a smoking gun like the other 12 investigations it will just be dumped on a Friday night after the election.
I will not be seeing this film, not for political reasons but for the fact it’s a Bay film. He’s already ruined Transformers and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for me, I won’t let him ruin the facts and reality.
