While I loathe to write anything positive about Paul Ryan, this is sort of hilarious. This week is all-out war in the Republican Party and Donald Trump’s campaign team are taking swipes at the Speaker of the House after he uninvited Donald Trump to an event in Wisconsin and disavowed the lewd audio of Donald Trump leaked late last week. Trump escalated things this week:
Not to be outdone, Paul Ryan is striking back—not on Twitter, but in an email to supporters.
Key segment:
The way I see it is that you don’t want to just live a good life. You want to lead a good life.
Donald might be living the good life (for now) with his penthouse in Trump Tower and his private plane, but he certainly isn’t leading a good life through his hideous actions and words toward women and minorities.
Make no mistake about it, while Paul Ryan publicly states he is supporting “the Republican nominee for President” (he can’t even let Donald’s name cross his lips), he has his eye clearly on 2020. There is little doubt Paul Ryan is simply counting down the days until November 8th and he’ll be launching his Paul Ryan 2020 “Confident America” campaign on November 9th. For proof, see the slick “Confident America” videos he’s already been releasing:
For now, let’s just enjoy the outright war happening in the Republican Party and get out the vote for Hillary Clinton.
