There are 3 variations of the "Corrupt Hillary" fantasy, each of which needs to be addressed separately.
1) Indictable Hillary. This one is bordering on clinical paranoia. For over 20 years millions of dollars have been spent investigating her by highly skilled people who hated her and would have indicted her if they could have found anything remotely resembling guilt. They failed to find anything. This is the strongest evidence anyone could have of her innocence. She is probably less likely to deserve being indicted than any other US citizen picked at random from a phonebook. (If such things still exist.) It is of course possible that these multiple investigative juggernauts missed something, and that next week some terrible scandal will be revealed. It is also possible that next week there will be a worldwide communist revolution. Neither possibility deserves serious consideration.
2) Outstandingly corrupt Hillary. Hillary is doing things which are not technically illegal, but reveal her to be outstandingly corrupt and irresponsible. This one is supported by investigations which reveal behavior which seems questionable to those of us who know very little about standard government or business procedures. Unfortunately, fewer people notice that a week or so after those investigations, it is revealed that everyone else in a comparable position had been doing the same things for years, and it never occurred to anyone to complain about them until it was revealed that Hillary was doing them. Deleting emails. Owning stock in a company that sold Uranium mines to a company that was partly owned by Russians. (Do you know everything that's in your Stock Portfolio? I don't) Being paid the same thing as every other celebrity politician for making speeches. Talking to people who already had access to the Secretary of state during Powell's administration, and who had given money to Powell's charitable foundation. And when she does what everybody else does, They say "She thinks she's different from everybody else, and that the rules don't apply to her."
3) "Corrupt as everybody else" Hillary. Hillary does what everybody else does, and that's what's wrong with her. We need someone who is pure, even though they are incompetent, inexperienced, and have no chance of winning. Rather than take an interpretive dance class, these people decide to use the voting booth as a means of self-expression, rather than a means of electing the best available candidate. This need for self-expression is allegedly more important than the health of the country, a woman's right to choose, or who gets to choose the next supreme court justice.
