George Mason University School of Law, after receiving a hefty bribe donation from a bunch of Koch suckers, agreed to change the name of the school to the Antonin Scalia School of Law.
It’s kind of ironic, because I don’t think that Scalia ever had a clerk from GMU.
But this raises a question. Looking at the initials, do you call the school, which has the 2nd lowest rate of first time bar exam passage in Virginia, ASSLaw, or do you call it ASSoL?
I looked at Twitter, and both hashtags are pretty active.
