Martin Luther King
"Justice is indivisible. Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere." ~Martin Luther King, Jr.
1923 to 1954 |
"I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all." |
Robert Reich is a political commentator, professor, and author. He served in the administrations of Presidents Gerald Ford and Jimmy Carter and was Secretary of Labor under President Bill Clinton. He hosts a Resistance Report every night at 8 p.m. Here is his Resistance Report from last night, in which he refers to the Indivisible Guide:

.
Reich’s nightly reports have been very valuable to me. A transcript of that video is not yet available. These are my notes, which are pretty close to some of what he actually said:
“This is not a normal situation. This is not a normal man. This is not a normal presidency…. A dangerous demagogue is President.” Regarding impeachment: Republicans John McCain and Lesley Graham “have been worrying openly about Trump.”
Trump is not a legitimate President for three reasons: Russian hacking, we have not yet seen his taxes, and his business dealings.
I call for impeachment of the President.
I agree with his last sentence.
adjective
1. not divisible; not separable into parts; incapable of being divided: One nation indivisible.
noun
2. Something indivisible.
The former congressional staffers at Indivisible.com “reveal best practices for making Congress listen.” They affirm that phone calls to congressional offices are much more effective than any other form of communication with Congress.
If you have not yet gone to Indivisible.com, you are in for a treat, and I highly recommend that you check it out.
At that website, you can download a PDF and any updates, and it was through Indivisible.com that I have be able to find out about local protests (more in the comments).
Indivisible: A Practical Guide for Resisting the Trump Agenda.
Question of the Night
What sites or media do you rely on for facts and news, and what steps have you taken to resist the Trumpagenda? Do you agree that we should impeach Trump?
