How much does the Mueller news frighten the conservative bubble inmates? They’re actually admitting that there may be something to the Russia collusion story.
Yes, they’re trying to spin it as Hillary having colluded with Russia to help Trump win, or trying to drag Ukraine into it (a weird chunk of Conspiracy Theorizing from the same people who are still pretending that Seth Rich was offed by Hillary or other Democrats) but it’s still a major step for them to even admit that it exists at all. Up to this point they were saying that it was all just “McCarthyism” or something similar.
Sean Hannity and Roger Stone are being especially unhinged. It’s hard to say whose Twitter feeds are the most entertaining at this point. Stone you kind of expect to be nuts like this, but Hannity usually doesn’t go all-out bonkers. (By the way, save the Mueller-praising FOX News graphic embedded in this Tweet to show to your conservative friends and relations currently being told by FOX that Mueller’s the devil.)
So, while it’s a long way to Monday and Anything Can Happen, I’m going to go way out on a limb and predict that the indictments handed down Monday will have nothing to do with the Hillary-Ukraine-Uranium-Podesta myth FOX and the rest of the conservative media barf funnels are serving up to their victims. Unless it’s to debunk it.
