I don’t have the time to write a big lead-up, but a user on Fark pointed out that one of the names on the FBI’s wanted list for the Yahoo Email Hacks was Dmitry Aleksandrovich Dokuchaev. Some of you may recognize Dokuchaev’s name. He is one of three Russians speculated of being a source of some of the information in the Steele Dossier and was arrested for treason along with his FSS(Russian Intelligence) supervisor Sergei Mikhailov, and Ruslan Stoyanov of Kaspersky Labs.

Naturally, it’s pretty unusual to have someone that is suspected of being a CIA asset charged with felonies by the Department Of Justice, particularly when that person has been effectively disappeared and charged with treason by the Russians for having had contact with the CIA. Even if he were in some way responsible, you would still expect the United States to protect its asset, particularly on such a charged issue.
Thus far the media hasn’t really reported on it at all. I don’t think the dots have been connected yet. Perhaps someone with more time and experience than I will follow up on this. It reeks of a coverup on behalf of the Trump Administration, possibly in collusion with Russia. If so it’s a dark harbinger that indicates someone experienced is finally calling the shots.
