Thankfully it looks like Democrats are steamed enough, about this white-wash cover-up of an FBI Investigation, that some of them are vowing to do a real Investigation, at the next opportunity.
In Letter to Trump, House Democrats Promise to Investigate Brett Kavanaugh for Perjury If Confirmed
Dozens of members of the Congressional Progressive Caucus sent a letter Thursday to President Donald Trump committing to leverage subpoena power in an effort to investigate the full record of Kavanaugh’s time in the White House for evidence of perjury. House Democrats will have subpoena power if they retake the lower chamber in the midterm elections, and Rep. Jerrold Nadler, who will likely chair the House Judiciary Committee should that happen, has already promised to investigate any credible allegations of perjury if Kavanaugh is confirmed. Nadler did not sign the letter.
All the Perjury Kavanaugh committed before the Senate, this time and the times before, should be enough to get his entitled smug ass, disbarred for life. If not more …
Dems need to remember all the chants of “Lock her Up” — and resolve to follow through on the Brett-Perjury show — for shameful sham of a proceeding it was and still is.
Republicans would do it in a New York Minute:

Two House Committees on Monday asked the Justice Department to investigate whether Hillary Clinton perjured herself on the email controversy while testifying before Benghazi Committee investigators in October.
Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) and Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) sent the referral to the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, asking him to probe claims Clinton made during the hearing last fall that have proved false.
Dems must remember all the chants of “Lock her Up” — and resolve to follow through seeing Real Justice done for the K-man — or slink back and get used to the Frat-boy Judge, over-turning precedent after precedent — during his next 40+ years of “revenge”.
Afterall Republicans have taken similar prosecutorial stands themselves in the not so distant past. There once was a time when Republicans thought “lying before Congress” was a very serious offense …
Something worth investigating. Something worth prosecuting ...
“Yes, he should be prosecuted," said Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky. "He admitted to lying to Congress and was unremorseful and flippant about it. The integrity of our federal government is at stake because his behavior sets the standard for the entire intelligence community. The same goes for James Comey, who secretly leaked documents that he was not legally permitted to release."
Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, meanwhile, said Clapper “should be prosecuted for any and all lies he told to Congress.”
[...]
"Complete and truthful testimony is imperative for Congress to conduct effective oversight. It is clear from the evidence and Director Clapper’s own admission that he lied to the Senate intelligence committee," said Sensenbrenner, lead sponsor of 2015 legislation that ended the call-record collection. "Political consideration should not affect the Department of Justice from pursuing this matter. That was true in 2013 when it happened and remains true today."
So how did Brett-the-Choirboy “perjure himself” before the Senate? Well ask yourself, how many times did he not speak the truth? … And you’ll have your answer!
Here is one of the more significant and egregious time, when Brett flat-out lied ... (There are many others like it.)
We keep having to talk about whether Kavanaugh lied to Congress.

This account is in direct contradiction to Kavanaugh’s testimony last Thursday, when he angrily denied the multiple allegations of sexual misconduct brought against him and said he learned of Ramirez’s claim through the New Yorker story:
SEN. ORRIN HATCH (R-UT): When did you first hear of Ms. Ramirez’s allegations against you?
KAVANAUGH: … In the New Yorker.
HATCH: Did the ranking member [Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA)] or any of her colleagues or any of their staffs ask you about Ms. Ramirez’s allegations before they were leaked to the press?
KAVANAUGH: No.
However, two friends of Kavanaugh’s — Kerry Berchem and Karen Yarasavage — were in contact with the Supreme Court nominee and his team, according to text messages obtained by NBC:
In a series of texts before the publication of the New Yorker story, Yarasavage wrote that she had been in contact with “Brett’s guy,” and also with “Brett,” who wanted her to go on the record to refute Ramirez. According to Berchem, Yarasavage also told her friend that she turned over a copy of the wedding party photo to Kavanaugh, writing in a text: “I had to send it to Brett’s team too.”
Too bad for the scammer Kavanaugh, there is actually hard evidence — in the form of Texts — which directly contradicts his definitive “No.” If seems he knew the Ramirez claims were coming, and he desperately sought to find someone contemporaneously, who would back up his version of events.
One problem though, Brett was fabricating his alibi/witnesses days before the Ramirez story broke. Which would make his answer to Hatch — a CYA Lie.
And the “character-witness” he tried to arm-twist — has had more incriminating evidence revealed today. It seems they knew this contact was nefarious, and were furious, upon finding out their Brett-Texts were being exposed publicly, the last few days ...

The story detailing Ramirez’s accusation was published in the New Yorker on September 23. Charlton told NBC News that, in a phone conversation three days earlier, the former classmate told her Kavanaugh had called him and advised him not to say anything “bad to the press.”
Then on September 21, according to the texts, that same person sent Charlton a text accusing her of disclosing their conversation to a reporter. “Hellllllooooo. Don’t F****** TELL PEOPLE BRETT GOT IN TOUCH WITH ME!!! I TOLD YOU AT THE TIME THAT WAS IN CONFIDENCE!!!”
I still think the prior Kavanaugh Perjury episode has significant judicial weight too: The Republican “Memogate scandal” from the GW Bush administration. It seems Brett was was right in the middle of that Email Theft at time — although he testified to the Senate then too, “that he knew nothing about it.”
Hmmm. I’m detecting a pattern here: Either Brett has a bigger problem with “Blacking Out” and forgetting stuff, than anyone has suspected. Or he’s just a lying sack of “contradictions” — which will one day be exposed.
That day can’t come soon enough. If Justice were really to be done.
That is, assuming Dems aren’t too hesitant to chase down and expose, the many lying cover-stories of the College-Bully-Angry-Drunk, who would be Supreme Court Justice.
But just in case Dems need a little push to gear up for exposing this walking-talking Fraud — just remember what the Ranting Manic promised us, when he decided to let his guard down — before the Senate and the entire world:
“What goes around, comes around ...”
— Dems, we’ve been warned. Despite any insincere walk-backs to the contrary.
