I saw this on Lawfare, and it seems a pretty bold move by the NYT to me. I doubt the FISC is in the habit of releasing information.

It seems like they are arguing that given the amount of publicly know information and what has already been declassified it’s in the courts best interest to get it all out in the open.
I suspect this could cause some waves?
