In 1993, Congressman Bernie Sanders delivered a forceful speech against the adoption of NAFTA and voted against it:
Senator Joe Biden, however, supported NAFTA and voted for it.
Following is the 61-to-38 roll-call by which the Senate voted tonight to approve the North American Free Trade Agreement. A "yes" vote was a vote to approve the agreement. Voting for the agreement were 27 Democrats and 34 Republicans; voting against it were 28 Democrats and 10 Republicans.

These are facts. You may agree or disagree with how one or the other voted, but their votes are a matter of historical record.
I believe that none of the other Democratic Presidential candidates voted on NAFTA.
It passed the House and Senate and President Clinton signed it.
Yesterday, Senator Harris said she would have voted against NAFTA.
Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) said Sunday she would not have voted for the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
Harris, a 2020 Democratic presidential contender, made the comments on CNN's "State of the Union." She declined to weigh in on whether former Vice President Joe Biden, who supported the 1994 agreement, or Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), who opposed it, were correct.
She added, “I would not have voted for NAFTA, because I believe we can do a better job to protect American workers.”
The Hill
This is a real issue difference. Support for NAFTA hurt Hillary in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Probably better not to do the same thing and expect different results.
Update I. From the comments. Jay Inslee was in the House in 1993 and voted for NAFTA.
