According to the BBC, The Wisconsin Republican party has said hackers stole $2.3m from the group's effort to support President Donald Trump's re-election.

“The party contacted the FBI and agents are investigating the matter, Chairman Andrew Hitt said in a statement on Thursday.
Mr Hitt said the hackers manipulated campaign invoices to steal the funds….
The party's invoices for vendors were altered so that when they paid the invoices, the money did not go to the vendors, Mr Hitt said. . . .
The millions were taken from the Wisconsin Republicans' federal account.”
It must feel terrible for a campaign to be hacked. I feel so bad for them. Maybe they can call Hillary Clinton for some advice on how to deal with a hacked server. Nah, they are more likely to call their friend Roger Stone. He is an expert in hacking political campaigns. Better yet, Brad Parscale. He is supposed to be a cyber genius and he has considerable experience in using hacked materials from political campaigns. Maybe he can help. On the other hand, maybe he already helped himself to the funds. After all, the Wisconsin Republican’s federal account would be a good source of income to replace the Trump campaign funds he can no longer tap into.
If neither one of them can help, perhaps they can enlist their very own Senator RonJohn (R-Wis Russia) to talk to their boss’s boss: Big Bad Vlad. Perhaps he can get Fancy Bear and Cozy Bear on the case. But then again, maybe they already are. Maybe Vlad collected on one of the many debts the Republlcans still owe him from 2016. The money might be sitting right next to the contents of the RNC’s hacked seever that the Russians never released. In that case, the Wisconsin Republicans better give up on recovering that money or else watch out for open windows or balconies.
With friends like the Republican party has these days, who needs enemies. It must really suck to be a Republican. Boohoohoo.
