Remember: once in the booth, no one sees your ballot. How to get there safely?
Take advice from Michonne….
Blend, baby, blend. In the danger zone, shuffle and mumble as the zombies do, even cover yourself with their garb.
My college son is a fan and I walked in on a show in progress to see Michonne covered in zombie goo and shuffling very unassuming in a crowd of them. Since she smelled and acted the part, they left her alone. She even had a few of them on a leash.
Translation to now: If you feel you may be in a vulnerable area (like a swing state):
1. I would not wear any campaign identifying buttons or clothing; and if your car might be a target when you park, take off the bumper stickers. (Put it all back once you vote and are outta there.)
2. If you are a minority and feel vulnerable, like you might be confronted by any ‘proud’ boys or girls, that you are for you-know-who. The T blob boasts that people of color are really on his side, so tell them you’re one of them.
3. In a real danger zone, you might even consider (gulp) wearing T garb (red hats, etc that they’d be happy to sell you) and give a thumbs up to the intimidators like you’re on their side, and then … do what you do once in the booth.
Cast your vote for Biden / Harris and the blue ticket, down and up ballot.
