I am NOT talking about electoral fraud of any kind. I am talking about self dealing among DNC insiders.
Now we know that the software that failed in Iowa came from a Democratic Party linked private business called SHADOW:
FIRST IN SCORE — BIG TECH — ACRONYM, the progressive digital-oriented organization, acquired Groundbase, a peer-to-peer SMS and customer-relationship management tool, and will launch Shadow, a tech company that will operate Groundbase and build other products. Shadow will work to “harness, integrate and manage data across the platforms and technologies,” and the organization said it will build on top of whatever data warehouse the Democratic party ultimately settles on.
Aside from the obvious, that SHADOW (S.H.A.D.O.) should be fighting the UFO invasion, not tallying votes.
The real problem here, and it has happened before with other Democratic Party IT infrastructure, (NGP VAN, etc.) is that politically connected private contractors who are overpriced and incompetent get these deals.
There is a revolving door between the Washington, DC establishment and private political consultants, and the results are profoundly disappointing.
It’s too late for this now, but in January 2021, we should start pushing for a forensic audit of the DCC, and perhaps the DSCC and DCCC as well.
To my mind, and I have been involved with organizational issues with not-for-profits, there is something fundamentally flawed with how the professional staff at these organizations do business.
These people keep failing upwards because the people hiring them know that when their turn comes, they can be assured at failing upwards as well.
Even if you are not repulsed at this for moral reasons, you should be repulsed for a very pragmatic reason, these folks are incompetent buffoons, and they are making it easier for the Donald Trumps and Mitch McConnells of the world.
