Trump has told us over and over what's most important for the American people is to praise him and thank him for his leadership. Trump is the kindest, bravest, warmest, most wonderful human being to ever be President. He is the sun, the moon, and the stars at night. All the speakers at the RNC said pretty much the same, although several were even more effusive in their praise.
No President has done as much in the past 80 years to give men like John Lewis, who just passed, the same rights today as they had back in 1940, when John Lewis was born. No President has done as much to enable baby boomers, generation X, and millennials to be free of the economic burden of providing for parents and grandparents. Thousands of our elderly have returned to their maker, their premature deaths made possible by Trump's efforts (or lack) to deal with Covid19.
None know Trump but to praise him. Rest assured, he will praise himself if we do not so. If re-elected, he will strive to punish any of us who were stinting in our praise.
We may never have a President again like Trump. Fondly do we hope, fervently do we pray, that we do not. May the pandemic pass away. May Trump and his family speedily return to running their Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization. May state attorney generals succeed in prosecuting and convicting any and all the criminals within the Trump Organization.
Although satirical, except for quotes from "The Manchurian Candidate" at the top, what's here is the truth, and nothing but the truth.
