Ok….call me a poopy head, throw rocks at me, do to me as you wish, but I could not stand the show Gilligan’s Island (Same plot week after week, too many unanswered questions (too many clothes, items each person had for a 3 hour cruise)) etc.
The only character that I halfway liked was Mary Ann, as she seemed the least formulaic, most real of the characters.
Yea, yea, I hear you. It is a TV show, I am supposed to suspend my imagination. I normally can (Christ, I love a talking pig) but something about this show seems so…..so...oy.
Is Gilligan the hero of the show? For goobers sake the other characters treat him as he was, plus the name of the island is his name.
Sure he must be or he would have been tied up so he could not screw up ways to get off the island that work for every other reason than his incompetency.
Ok, I will calm down and vent. Its just that show, something about it, oy.
