The world is watching the developments in Ukraine, thinking about the immediate impacts this will have on the lives of thousands, and the chilling effect that touches millions. As Ukraine finds Russia using missiles against their country and Putin works to redefine what comprises the new Eastern Block, Republicans are voicing outrage. Or, well, some are, and others just think that Putin is a good guy and we should let him have Ukraine. It’s just a normal day in the Republican world, I guess. While Americans should unite in common against a despot, over at CPAC, there are a few more things that top the agenda.
Don’t worry, CPAC has its own thoughts on the Democratic party... and Ukraine.
The most pressing issue seems to be that all Democratic/progressive comics are “ugly” and “not funny.”
While I find little interest in playing “Hot or Not” with the CPAC crowd over celebrities on the comic circuit, it’s good to know they have their priorities in order.
Don’t worry. They started off their convention with fresh panels on how to take over boards of education and fight CRT, K-12 curriculum, and mask mandates.
Eyes on the prize, Republicans. Not like anything else in the world is happening.
