Our body needs a lot of things mentioned above plus a certain amount of bulk for digestion and even water. Nobody seems to want to talk about what our blood needs. If you analyze our blood, you will find that it has some 90-plus minerals. As stated above, minerals will be a part of the increased nutrients from organic foods. But, even organic food will be grown on land that has been stripped of the micro minerals that once existed. Every time we remove food, we take minerals. This is one of the reasons it is good to eat seafood because of the complete menu of minerals that are available that are essential for our good health. Some people eat seaweed which has a mixture of these minerals. One sea product is red algae which can be eaten in small quantities or bought in pill form.
