I think it’s safe to say that there’s no reason to worry about what argument the GOP State Reps are going to make after the next election(s). Never mind the fact that when they win, somehow all of the supposed fraud evaporates, doesn’t it Kari? We know it’s going to be easily disprovable BS. They know it, too.
After the loony-tune noise they made after the search (notice I didn’t call it a raid) defaming the FBI, a few wiser heads pulled back. This is another crack in the dam. They may be gutless, but they aren’t all stupid. On the other hand, some really are just gobsmackingly, grotesquely stupid. They are not leaders. They are most decidedly followers.
I encourage these useful idiots to try and nullify an election result they lost, know they lost, yet refuse to certify, or better yet, simply overturn in a statehouse.
Yes, you read that right.
Stick with me.
Anyone think there was ever ANY sort of real evidence of election fraud? The Trumpodytes do, their leadership is another story. Where was the fraud? They’ve spent nearly two years now and still haven’t come up with much of anything that could be legally submitted as evidence in court.
Much of what they did find was:
- Republican idiots voting twice to prove fraud (and subsequently charged)
- A few more votes in AZ (for Biden)
- Destroy (or caused to be decertified) valuable election equipment
That’s it.
Add to that, the TFG’s Chief of Staff and his wife apparently may have indeed committed voter fraud in NC, or VA, hard to say since they don’t seem to know for sure where they live.
Now the latest revelations reveal that voting equipment has been illegally seized and the proprietary software inside them copied. If you think billion dollar defamation lawsuits were something, wait until the lawsuits of intellectual property having to be redesigned due to unlawful tampering, failure to keep confidential, etc. Yes, Dominion and Smartmatic will be suing everyone who touched it, allowed it to be touched, copied the software, distributed the software or examined the software. Industrial espionage is illegal. Even more entertaining is the newly revealed fact that this is happening in multiple states, directed by the same group of actors. Federal conspiracy charges, anyone?
“But wait Tom, what’s this crazy talk about overturning elections?” Well, you really need the background above to put the next piece in context.
The GOP has left the law, facts and reason behind. The GOP Election Playbook might as well have the following outlined on page 1:
- Act angry and outraged
- Yell
- Make any ridiculous claim in front of the TV cameras
- Keep repeating the ridiculous claim
- Stick to the story in interviews and social media
Multiple players have already been charged, or are targets of investigation. One charge Rudy isn’t facing is making false statements in court. He’s had his law license suspended in NY and DC. That was for bringing BS to the court without cause. He never made it to an actual court proceeding to make false statements in court because the claims were so ridiculous, the judges threw their cases and asses out.
Think the AZ State House for instance, will fare better?
Me neither.
So they’ll do it anyways.
Then what?
Well, they will be sued. It will land in front of a judge who will ask to see the evidence of said fraud. At the point the the state houses fail to provide said evidence, they will all be on the hook. Everyone who voted for it will be a party to ELECTION FRAUD.
According to www.polyas.com/...:
- Miscounting or destruction of votes & tampering with recording equipment: Where ballots for a particular candidate are destroyed or miscounted. Similarly, some voting computers have been shown to be open to election fraud, by changing their counting mechanisms.
- Artificial Results: Prevalent in countries with high-level corruption, election officials announce the result for a particular candidate or decision, regardless of what the electorate actually voted for.
Seeing as it was a group of individuals and not a single rouge actor, some sort of conspiracy charges will probably also be in the mix.
So go ahead GOP State Reps.
Go ahead and try it.
We’ll wait.
Need someone to hold your beer?
(No, you can’t have this one. It isn’t mine. I’m holding it for Kavanaugh.)
