[NOTE: The following is an updated & expanded version of a piece I submitted two days ago. It is, of course, speculative, though it is not meant as a prediction. Rather it is meant to lay out one of several possible ways the news of a plea agreement by an apparently minor figure in Fani Willis’ Fulton County RICO case may play out.]
Recognize the five pictured in the top photo?
(James McCord, Virgilio Gonzalez, Frank Sturgis, Eugenio Martinez, & Bernard Barker - the Watergate Burglars)
How about the lone individual in the mugshot?
(Scott Hall - one of the "brains" behind the Coffee County Elections Office Break In)
Of course not. But - at the risk of being WAY Over My Skis -
...I am suggesting that a "Third-Rate Burglary," as it was dismissed back at the time,…
...and an at-first nearly unnoticed incident in one of the smallest (and deepest Red) counties in a remote rural corner of Georgia, may well go down as...
Two of the Most Consequential Events in the History of the American Presidency.
The Significance of Scott Hall resides not in his Bail Bonds business, but in his Connections to the Conspirators
in Trump's attempt to steal the 2020 Presidential Election
and Overthrow American Democracy:
Sydney Powell - Twice indicted and facing trial on October 23;
Patrick Byrne - the "overstock guy" and Unindicted Co-Conspirator;
Jeffrey Clark - Twice indicted and facing trial in Fulton County.
And - through them - ...
into the Oval Office Itself...?
"Early Days,"of course, but keep an eye on Sydney Powell - not simply for the role she played in Coffee County, but Far More Importantly for the Dec. 18 Oval Office "brawl" Powell, Patrick Byrne, & Michael Flynn ["Team Crazy"] got into with White House Counsels Pat Cipollone & Eric Herschmann ["Team Normal"] -- CRUCIALLY IN THE PRESENCE, AND WITH THE PARTICIPATION, OF TRUMP HIMSELF .... Which was followed immediately by Trump's Tweet ordering his followers to "...Be There. Will Be Wild!" for the January 6 Insurrection. If Fani Willis can get Powell to FLIP and testify to Trump's direct involvement in that (DEC. 18) meeting, that will go a long way toward a "GAME OVER" Conviction of Trump in Willis' Fulton County RICO case
And that’s where Scott Hall comes into play — as a lever to be used against Powell. Hall has the crucial evidence that would both disbar Powell, and send her to prison in the Coffee County case. But that’s “small potatoes.” Instead, Willis could use that to offer Powell a plea bargain in exchange for her testifying to what she witnessed first-hand in the Oval Office the night of Dec. 18th.
