You know, I have never gotten that whole idea about owning one side or the other for kicks or giggles. What a childish concept. I have tried to explain to people with this mindset that they cause their pain and drama with such antics—despair is a self-perpetuating cycle. Besides, folks have enough problems, so they gravitate toward genuinely lovely, kind, and pleasant individuals—someone they want to smile at when they see them coming, not dive for cover.
Crickets.
This is the kind of exchange I primarily engage in with the “nice guys” who are mad they can’t get laid—it’s society’s fault, not the fact they are horrid dude-bros devoid of joy and have nothing of value to offer humanity outside of pain and suffering—
Speaking of Mike Lindell—
My Pillow likely too broke to run ads on FOX
In the latest episode of Everything Trump Touches Dies (ETTD), Mike Lindell is on the cusp of having to close the doors on his company for casting his lot with an Orange Megalomanic and wanna dictator.
Yah know, to own dah libs.
MAGA pillow magnate Mike Lindell alleges that Fox News “canceled” his MyPillow commercials because he recently hired former Fox Business star Lou Dobbs to host a show on his fringe-right media channel.
The real story may not be so simple, however. A Fox News source with direct knowledge of the situation contends that the network’s long-running partnership with MyPillow was paused because Lindell has been unable to pay for his commercials. The source added that the issue has been clearly communicated with Lindell’s media-buying agency.
The network confirmed on Friday that Lindell has not paid his bills. “As soon as their account is paid, we would be happy to accept their advertising,” a Fox News spokesperson said in a statement to The Daily Beast.
This wouldn’t be the first time that Lindell has been dropped because he was unable to pay his bills. Lindell, who is currently facing billion-dollar defamation lawsuits from voting software firms Dominion and Smartmatic over his election-fraud conspiracies, saw his entire legal team quit last fall because he owed them millions of dollars.
Yikes! That’s gonna leave a mark!
This man, who beat a drug addiction to build a pillow empire, will lose it all in a never-ending quest for what now?
Why are they falling on their swords?
The question has been discussed on Substack, Daily Kos, and other progressive sites: what is happening here? Why would people like Mike Lindell, people who struggled to gain a foothold in business or made a relatively decent name in the political or entertainment sphere, cash in their chips with a pants poopin' loser?
Sprinkling Fairy Dust on the BS (youtube.com)
The answer is not apparent, and that scares me.
A naked power grab makes some sense, especially concerning Politicos. Still, people have been far more savvy and less aggressive and in your face about their malfeasance in the past, so what gives?
They act as if they have something up their sleeves. An ace in the hole. And it makes me nervous—very nervous.
This is why I keep saying we must keep our eyes peeled and remain vigilant at all times—even if we cannot stop whatever Juggernaut may be coming around the bend, we can be ready to put up one helluva fight.
