Excluding Direct Action (DA), intelligence-sharing, or espionage from this post, President Biden has several non-military mechanisms to leverage against today’s adversaries of global tranquility. Some of these methods are in the news, others may be more obscure. With the election looming month-by-month, the White House should expand the use of its arsenal, a measure that will strengthen President Biden’s domestic and international political base during this critical campaign.

US Department of Justice Office of Special Investigations: For decades the USDOJ-OSI investigated Nazi war crimes. Now their small select team is investigating Russian atrocities in the Ukraine. The National Targeting Center: NTC identifies and interdicts nefarious individuals, such as smugglers or KSTs (Known or Suspected Terrorists). The NTC, already targeting Russian oligarchs/nationalists, can zero in on Israeli Settlers. The TSA No-Fly List can ban Israeli terrorists from entering US airspace. An airline that boards a banned listee is fined by the USG and that malefactor may be sent back on the return flight. All of these measures can be utilized strictly through Executive Order with a stroke of the pen, by-passing the legislative and judicial branches. These “Win-Win” tactics for President Biden avoid bloodshed while punishing the right-wing enemies of peace. For our part, this year we must get every single vote out, from the local Board of Education all the way up to the White House.
