As a self-professed member of this demographic, i was utterly horrified by the episode where Carrie is dating the NY politician and admits she's never voted. the girls' conversation about politics also appalled me for its ignorance and lack of civic engagement. and then i meet other single gals who are exactly the same--they don't know who the vice president is and bother to vote.
you could say it's our own apathy, or the fact that politicians keep talking about fucking "middle class tax cuts" that go to married families with children who are homeowners.
and yes, we care about reproductive health issues, but this sentence just sounds like fingernails on a blackboard to me:

please, pro-abortion feminists (of which i'm one), lose the "individual" rights language. if there's a reason why pro-life sentiment has increased among people, even young women, it's due to the tone-deaf polarizing language of the feminists, who refuse to look at abortion within a moral framework, and look at it from a purely selfish, individual non-morality connected point of view that treats the fetus like a disposable tampon.
