Quinnipiac Poll is out for Connecticut. They surveyed 509 Democrats, with a MOE of +/- 4.3%.
November 12-18 (October 1-7)
Lieberman 28 (33)
Dean 23 (17)
Kerry 14 (14)
Clark 9 (14)
Gephardt 8 (5)
Braun 3 (1)
Edwards 3 (3)
Kucinich 1 (0)
Sharpton 1 (2)
The trend is clearly in Dean's favor. A state like Connecticut that voted for Jerry Brown in the 1992 primaries is fertile ground for an outsider good government insurgent like Dean. Of course, if trends continue Lieberman will be out of the race before Connecticut's March 2nd primary, leaving his support up for grabs. Polls like this can also hasten Lieberman's fall, since fundraising will dry up if it looks like he won't even win his home state in the primary.
