I went to MSNBC after first checking the latest here at Kos. I clicked on the story about Iraq protests MSNBC had linked on their front page because I had just read Armondo's piece. This is what I found:

BAGHDAD, Iraq - Tens of thousands of Shiites marked the anniversary of the fall of Baghdad with a protest against American troops at the same square where jubilant crowds toppled a statue of Saddam Hussein two years ago.
"jubilant crowds"?? Is he saying the scenes are comparable? The crowd that pulled
down the Saddam statue - band of propoganda shills in the pic below - is comparable to the picture up above?
I really want to know what the AP reporter is thinking? Does (s)he think it's part of the job to perpetuate propogandistic lies? What good does it do? Why?
