Some good news from South Dakota tonight: Voters are shooting down a referred law that would have given the state the country's most draconian anti-abortion law. With 86% of precincts reporting, Referendum 6 is at 45% Yes; 55% No

And Arizona is shooting down Prop. 107, a ban on civil unions as an alternative to marriage for same sex couples. [91% of the precincts reporting]: 48% Yes; 52% No
