As you all know (and if you don't, that's scary), tonight is election night for the California 50th Congressional District special election.
And as you all should know, the leading Democrat is Francine Busby. If she can't get 50% tonight, she will face off against the top vote-getting Republican in a June 6 runoff.
Use this as a thread for predictions and comments. For the record, here is my random prediction:
Francine Busby (D), 2004 Democratic nominee - 41%
Brian Bilbray (R), former U.S. Congressman - 18%
Eric Roach (R), uber-wealthy businessman - 17%
Howard Kaloogian (R), former State Assemblyman - 8%
Bill Morrow (R), State Senator - 7%
Others - 9%
Your thoughts and predictions, please. And for the record, this site will probably have more efficient results than the California SoS (Bruce McDieboldson): http://www.sdvote.org/...
