I don't think it's too early to start thinking about what districts could tip our way in 2006 because of the various fiascoes surrounding the Repubs. Also, we have to consider who would make a good majority whip once we take the House.
First, the districts, in no particular order:
NC9 (most of Charlotte, parts of Gaston and Union counties): Sue Myrick, since 1995 (my home district)
NC11 (Asheville and the Blue Ridge): Charles Taylor, since 1991
NY13 (Staten Island, part of Brooklyn): Vito Fossella, since 1997
NJ2 (Atlantic City, Vineland): Frank LoBiondo, since 1995
NJ4 (part of Trenton): Chris Smith, since 1981

PA4 (Pittsburgh suburbs): Melissa Hart, since 2001
PA6 (parts of the Main Line): Jim Gerlach, since 2003
PA7 (Delaware County): Curt Weldon, since 1987
PA8 (Bucks County): Mike Fitzpatrick, since 2005

FL22 (parts of Ft. Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches): Clay Shaw, since 1983
WA8 (eastern Seattle burbs): Dave Reichert, since 2005
MT-at large: Denny Rehberg, since 2001
VA11 (Fairfax, Falls Church): Tom Davis, since 1995
IN2 (South Bend): Chris Chocola, since 2003
CT2 (New London): Rob Simmons, since 2001
CT3 (Bridgeport): Chris Shays, since 1987
CT4 (New Britain): Nancy Johnson, since 1983
As you can see, most of these seats are in the Northeast. If we can take most of those seats plus a few outside that region--say hello to Speaker Pelosi. A lot of these districts are either loaded with moderate Repubs who are pissed off at Shrub and DeLay or are definitely winnable if we Dems put up any kind of effort.
