I have a very simple question: Who knows what is best for you? You, yourself? or somebody else?
Who can you trust to make the best decision for you, your life, and your future? Yourself? Or some other person, like, say... a politician? Or a Preacher/Minister/Priest/Mullah/other religous authority not further specified?
Of course this is all to do with recent events such as the Terri Schiavo travesty, but also more generically with wehre the US is heading under the tyanny of the GOP and their extremist wingnut contingent.
Our rights to make choices for our lives is under siege as we read here.
The "American Taliban" wishes to take more and more of our rights to make decisions - from "gay marriage" to medical treatments (read: medical marijuana), to abortions, to the right to die with dignity. The ONLY right not seeming to be under siege is the right to acquire and possess a handgun.
Please vote on the poll and add your perspective as to how and why you have voted.
Please note: "God knows what is best for me" is not an option. God transcends this paradigm.
