All candidates responded except Bob Casey, jr.. Remember this line because it's becoming all too familiar.
Bob Casey's campaign strategy of running, ducking, and hiding will get him nowhere. Casey was also a no-show at a debate sponsored by the league of women voters in Harrisburg PA.
PA is a clear as the sky blue state. And this poll proves it and proves that contrasting yourself from Republicans and giving voters a choice is a winning strategy. But all candidates responded except Bob Casey, jr.
But the DC establishment wanted a name candidate while ignoring what is necessary to win against far right wing extremists. Like the establishment getting rid of Dean for the eventual loser Kerry, it's deja vu all over again.
"The poll is the first to ask about all five PA US senate race candidates and provide positions each holds.
When people find out about candidate positions on key issues, Casey plummets from a twelve point lead to a dead heat, with a non-significant two point lead."

Does Bob Casey even want to campaign or run for US Senate? Does he just expect to skate by on his name? Any Casey backers want to defend him? Please make yourself look ignorant and tell us all that he is running a great campaign.
The least he could do is show up and act like he's in the race. He appears on right wing talk radio to be set up by an RNC bagman Micahel Smerconish, who than trashes him in this artcle in the PDN but he won't try and answer questions from his base. Great fucking strategy. An easy pickup is falling apart in PA. But what would everyone expect from the same old tired dc establishment and consultants. ABS(Anybody But Santorum) won't work.
