(Hi, this is my first diary - hopefully it won't totally suck!!!) I live in So Cal and have to do a lot of driving so I end up listening to the right-wing (or "libertarian") talk radio jocks a lot. John and Ken, John Zigler. (Still can't stomach Rush.)
ANYWAY the interesting thing over the last 2 days has been the pure vitriol directed at Bush. And I have to say - these guys are brilliant at ripping on Bush. They get him six ways to Sunday, and are funny and articulate and infuriating.
As happy as I am to hear my views on the air - though it might be short-lived - it just baffles me. Why is it that it takes the RIGHT WING to criticize Bush, in an eloquent and everyman way? Where are the voices on the left? (And I love Al Franken - but I tell you when these guys turn on Bush they make Franken look like Julie Andrews). It's sad when the best, angriest, most on-target expression of anti-Bush views comes from right-wing talk radio. But I'll take it where I can get it.
