http://www.cbsnews.com/...] by Gloria Borger, which shows a list drawn up by Hastert about the issues congress should be addressing--the right to display the flag in your home, etc.--in contrast to the list of what polls say Americans are concerned about--gas prices, jobs, immigration, the environment, and most of all the Iraq war. It was an absolutely devastating critique of the Republican leadership. To be fair and balanced, they interviewed two Republicans. Both agreed that the GOP is wasting congress's time. It was terrific.
