A document floating around the internet in recent days called December Seventh
talks of secret agreements among nations and in particular nuclear powers. This
document written by a man I know possessed with an advanced intellect and an
understanding of these agreements and of current events seeks to bring this
knowledge he has out into the public eye for all to digest.
Here is a short analysis of his document as seen by me.
It all started many years ago when the order was given to drop the bomb on Japan
not once but twice just to prove that it was not a one time fluke. Was dropping
the bomb even necessary? That is a question left to others to debate. There is
an official story and an unofficial story. When documents do finally get
declassified and analyzed perhaps we will know the full story.
However this story of secret agreements and nuclear threats starts around this
time. Many nations were working on nuclear devices, specifically nuclear bombs
during WW2. The US may have made it there first with a nuclear device that was
safe to handle at least as far as nuclear weapons are concerned. Other nations
such as Russia and China were working on their own nuclear devices. The heads
of these powerful nations and the media elite and select trusted individuals
were apart of these secret agreements and arrangements.
These arrangements thought through the meaning of nuclear weapons as much as
was possible at those times. Everyone agreed that the usage of nuclear weapons
was a big no-no against other nations. As such it was agreed that no one that
was a part of these agreements would ever make a real threat of nuclear weapons
usage. If they did then the rest of the nations in these secret agreements
would deal with the threat swiftly and decisively.
(Seeing as how I was not alive during these times and public education sought
it not fit to teach modern history in my schools I am at a disadvantage in
knowing enough to get this information quite right.)
In any event the agreements stipulated that if there were a real threat of usage
of nuclear weapons against another in the agreement (and probably any nation for
that matter) that that nation would report the situation to the rest of the
members of the agreement and how they were handling the situation. Keep in mind
that it was agreed that the usage of nuclear weapons was a no-no and that the
threat of nuclear weapons was equally a no-no. This agreement meant that no
member nation would be attacked by another member nation with nuclear weapons
because basically that would be the end of the world and that would not serve
any of the nations in this agreement.
However the public was informed differently. The public was kept in a massive
delusion and fear of nuclear weapons because the government made it clear that
nuclear weapons were in fact a real threat when the institutional memory of
government knew this to not be the case. I am told that schools would run
regular fire drills. I forget the actual terminology, but let's call them
nuclear fire drills for purposes of this analysis. This fear of nuclear
armageddon was fostered by the government in order to control the people
because the stakes were/are so high and the understanding considered so
difficult that it was assumed that the public in general would not understand
and for a ruling class to have control over people is such a rush of power
that it would not have been in the ruling class' interests to let the world
know the truth.
These member nations also knew that at some point this information and these
agreements would get out. It is virtually impossible to keep a secret forever.
The point so far is the following: No threat of usage of nuclear weapons can
be made. If a real threat is made then all of the information would be reported
to all members and how it was being handled as well. If this meant that heads
of nations would be killed in order to protect these agreements then that is
what would happen. As the article asserts, the Kennedy's are a case in point.
Bear in mind it is the accusation of the threat that rises to this level, so
that means that the threat does not even need to be actually made for
enforcement of such agreements. Quite chilling and quite necessary.
Another piece to these agreements is the assertion that it is difficult to
make nuclear devices, specifically nuclear weapons. If that were true then
how can so many nations independently create their very own nuclear weapons?
Also, Hollywood came out with a movie of a high school student creating his
very own nuclear weapon. I don't understand how this movie fits in this
picture but I believe that it does other than to suggest that maybe it isn't
so difficult to make such weapons.
This article boils down to the following, Admiral Keating of our US Military
crafted a war game exercise where a nuclear device was to be delivered by boat
to city and how would the US military stop this. The exercise was to be
conducted this past August 15-19. Well suffice it to say that this exercise
was called off at the last minute because this man that I know began sending
out emails to many people concerning this exercise because apparently this
exercise being publicly announcement changed the nuclear landscape so to speak.
It has planted in the public the knowledge that nuclear weapons were no longer
a controllable thing.
It means that the secret agreements are losing if not have lost all value. If
that is the case then the member nations no longer will know if a nuclear threat
is real or not. It has opened up the possibility that a group or organization
can make such a threat and that threat must be dealt with as if it were a real
threat. This has become the case because the current infantile administration
that controls the American people does not fully understand or appreciate the
gravity of its actions.
This administration has made a great many foreign enemies through its misguided,
and immature, even infantile foreign and domestic policies. Because of this
article, December Seventh, and others whom have sought to inform the US
leadership of these secret agreements and the magnitude of the administration's
actions, the government has sent out messages to all embassies around the world
that if anyone seeks to take advantage of this US crisis, then they will be
dealt with swiftly and with prejudice. What I am told is that Russia has made
this message publicly available.
What does this all mean? It means that the agreements that kept this world
safe from even the threat of nuclear weapons can no longer do this. To many
organizations around the world and specifically Third World nations have at
their disposal the ability to act outside of these secret agreements. In effect
the playing field has been leveled and no necessarily for the better and perhaps
for the worse and the fault of this resides in the current US leadership.
When before the mere accusation of usage of nuclear weapons would be met with a
harsh and deadly response to the individuals responsible, now we have a
situation that is not controllable.
Also one more item to mention that I missed earlier, is that the violation of
these secret agreements even if not found out until years later would still
meet with the same sort of harsh and deadly response by the other member nations
so it is not a good idea to violate the agreements.
The problem now is that the current administration has provided non-member
organizations an end-run around these secret agreements. Pandora's box has been
opened and it cannot be closed.
Just think about it like this, it is the end of the school year and someone
pulls a prank and phone's in a bomb threat. Only the school is a city. What
do you do? If it is an exercise, then nobody gets hurt, just wastes time and
money. But what if this exercise isn't actually an exercise, but an actual
planned event? Or what if someone decides to take advantage of this exercise?
Lots of questions, no easy answers.
