Our resident Kerry-hater-in-chief
forest offered this statement today when accused of posting the same tired claptrap under multiple IDs:
I may or may not be some of the IDs you mentioned. The reason why I changed my ID was because I got banned constantly.
If a person gets banned, it's because they have flagrantly and repeatedly violated the rules of this blog, no? That being so, does a banned poster have the right to unilaterally overturn the ban simply by adopting a new ID (and, I assume, ISP)?
Common sense would suggest that banning is a pretty ineffectual tool for promoting civility if it can be negated that easily. I therefore suggest that forest has convicted himself with his own words, and deserves to be once again sent packing.
In short, please re-ban this tiresome, immature, johnny-one-note troll. If there ever was a prime example of the phenomenon of 'addition by subtraction', this surely is it.
